Why we recommend it

Runs straight through from Beach Road to Second Road with direct beach access, which makes it the most useful building in central Pattaya on a hot afternoon.

Our review

Six floors, all the international brands, a cinema, a large supermarket at basement level and a food court, wrapped in glass looking out over the bay. The position is what distinguishes it: you can come off the beach, eat, shop and come back out onto Beach Road without ever being in the sun. Sunset from the seaward side is genuinely good. Parking is the recurring complaint and the Second Road entrance is the easier one to arrive at by car. The supermarket and some restaurants open earlier than the mall proper.

Highlights

  • Runs from Beach Road through to Second Road
  • Direct beach access
  • Supermarket opens before the mall
  • Use the Second Road entrance if driving
