Cancellation & refund policy

Partnerships are annual and paid in advance. We visit before any agreement starts, so no one pays for a listing we are not willing to publish.

Before a partnership starts

We visit, and if a place isn't right for the guide we say so before anyone pays. Nothing is invoiced until both sides agree to proceed.

Cancelling within 14 days

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and your listing has not yet been published, we return that payment in full. Where a listing has already been published and produced, we return the payment less the work already delivered.

Cancelling after that

After the first 14 days, an annual partnership runs to the end of its twelve-month term. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; your listing stays live until the end of the paid period, and payments already made for the current term are not returned.

If we end a partnership

If we withdraw a listing for reasons that are not your fault: for example a change to the guide's editorial scope: we return the unused portion of the current term, calculated per month.

Renewals

Billed annually. We'll contact you 30 days before renewal so you can confirm, change tier or stop.

Tax

Amounts returned are net of VAT and of any withholding tax deducted at source. Where withholding tax was deducted, a corrected Thai tax invoice or credit note is issued.

How to request one

Email partners@pattaya.guide from the address on your account. We reply within five working days, and approved payments are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
