The guide is published for personal, non-commercial use. Opening hours, prices and availability change constantly; we check what we can and recommend confirming details directly with a venue before you travel.

The AI Guide gives suggestions, not guarantees. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, safety or financial decisions.

Editorial coverage is not for sale. Partners get a labelled listing and labelled placement. Editor's Picks are chosen on merit and are never sold, and paid placement never changes what the AI Guide recommends or in what order.

Partnerships run for twelve months from the start date and are billed annually in advance. We contact you 30 days before renewal. We visit before any agreement starts, and if a place isn't right for the guide we say so before anyone pays.

We do not list adult entertainment venues. Gentlemen's clubs, gogo bars and hostess bars aren't part of this guide, whatever they offer to pay.

All prices exclude VAT at 7%. Invoices are issued as Thai tax invoices and carry our registered legal name, address and 13-digit Tax ID. Registered Thai companies deducting 3% withholding tax at source must supply the corresponding WHT certificate.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and images you supply, and for holding the rights to them. We may decline or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading or unlawful.

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from a listing.
