A sea-facing bar that opens in the morning and runs to one in the morning, with a cocktail list built by people who take it seriously.
Our review
The location does most of the work, but the drinks hold their end up: proper technique, considered builds, and a DJ in the evening at a level that does not stop conversation. It fills up at sunset and stays busy. Service can lag when it is full, so flag the waiter early. Note that VAT and service charge are added on top of menu prices.
