Decades in one location, still the room people book for anniversaries and closed deals. The kitchen has nothing left to prove and cooks like it.
Our review
French technique, generous plates, and a host who runs the room personally. Beef Wellington and lobster are the signatures, and the foie gras and risotto get mentioned as often. Dinner only, and Friday and Saturday fill up, so call ahead and let the kitchen know you are coming. Not cheap, and it does not pretend to be.
