The most complete family resort on the coast, with a themed water park, a private stretch of Wongamat beach and enough on site that you need not leave for a week.
Our review
The scale is the point: multiple pools, water slides, a lazy river and a rainforest theme carried through the whole property, backed onto one of the better beaches on the mainland. Breakfast is enormous and the kids' facilities are genuinely good rather than an afterthought. It is busy, and at peak the restaurants and check-in feel it, which is the trade for a resort this size. Book direct-facing rooms if noise matters.
