Beef Wellington and Tournedos Rossini are the dishes people come back for, and the meat is handled by someone who understands rest time. The room is intimate, which means it books out fast in high season and the service window is short: dinner only, an early last seating, and closed Mondays. Reserve, and reserve well ahead between November and February.
