One of the few places on this coast where you eat with your feet more or less in the sand, in a room designed well enough to justify the drive south.
Our review
Beachfront in the literal sense: seating runs from an air-conditioned interior straight out onto the sand under rattan shades and cushions. The menu covers Thai, seafood, international dishes and a bakery counter, and there is a separate Thai menu that is not always offered, so ask for it. Sunset is the moment and the room knows it, which means it fills. Service can stretch when it is busy; this is a place to settle in for three hours rather than eat and run. Open from late morning to midnight, seven days.
