Q Tell us about yourself?
A
My name is Noon Sitthaporn. I have more than 15 years experience in F&B having worked in Dubai, Maldives, Doha and well-known hotels in Thailand.

Q How long have you been at On the Hill?
A Since the opening day, at the start of 2018.

Q Best day of the week?
A The weekend is the busiest and best 2 days of the week.

Q Best part of the day?
A Breakfast and all the way to lunch time.

Q Biggest spenders?
A French and Scandinavian are the biggest spenders by far.

Q Best deal right now?
A Chicken & bacon sandwich filled with avocado, manchego cheese, home-made tomato and balsamic chutney served with fries for 260 Baht or the vegan salad with quinuo, enoki mushrooms, pumpkin seeds, red pepper cucumber, coulis for 200 Baht.

Q Most popular item on the menu?
A The most popular items would be the big breakfast, homemade sausage, crispy pork belly, crème brulee, fresh orange juice.
