There are many great things that Pattaya has to offer and massage and spas are just one of them.
Regardless of where you are in the city, you won’t be far from a quality massage and spa. Most of the spas in question offer far more than just massage, they offer a full range of beauty services in an environment that is conducive to relaxation. For the majority of spas, all employees must be fully trained and certified. The following spas are all family friendly.
EFOREA SPA @ THE HILTON | PATTAYA BEACH ROAD
Winner of several awards including ‘Best Luxury Hotel Spa 2017’, Eforea is an upmarket spa found in the Hilton Hotel at Central Festival. As you would imagine, the spa offers the ultimate service and treatments can be tailored to meet your requirements. Any therapy that you require can be received here in the most luxurious and relaxing surroundings – absolute bliss!
SPA SILAVADEE | NAKLUA ROAD
Spa Silavadee is another of the spas that claim to offer something different to the rest. Silavadee focuses on the use of stones and crystals as well as using aromatherapy, Swedish Massage and the familiar Thai massage techniques. Spa Silavadee is found on Soi 18 Naklua Road.
HEALTH LAND SPA & MASSAGE | NORTH PATTAYA ROAD
Health Land has two shops in Pattaya, the first and longest serving is on North Pattaya Road and the second is on Sukhumvit Road, near the turn for Thepprasit Road. Health Land is extremely well regarded and offer both traditional Thai therapies as well as science-based practices. Naturally, all of the team are fully trained and have several years’ experience. All the massage rooms are first-class but the prices charged do reflect this. Home visits are available if required so please contact Health Land for more details.
SPA CENVAREE @ CENTARA GRAND MIRAGE | NAKLUA ROAD
A favourite amongst expats, Spa Cenvaree offers a whole host of other services therapies not offered by some of its counterparts. These include an indoor Vichy Shower, hot and cold plunge pools and a herbal steam room to really relax the mind, body and soul. As the spa is located at the Centara Grand Mirage Hotel in Wongamat there is plenty of parking available.
RASAYANA RETREAT | NORTH PATTAYA ROAD
Fairtex on North Pattaya Road is well known for its excellent sports facilities but it is also home to the Rasayana Retreat. The focus here is more on holistic health and offers other services not offered at any of the aforementioned spas such as infrared saunas and colon hydrotherapy. In addition to this, Rasayana also looks after your diet and offers a range of healthy delights at their living food restaurant.
THE OASIS SPA | THAPPRAYA ROAD
The Oasis spa offers something slightly different in that they focus more on traditional Lanna therapies combined with modern techniques rather than traditional Thai massage. As well as the regular therapies, you will also find cold pools, steam rooms and Swedish Saunas. Free transport is available to and from the Spa which can be found at Chateaux Dale on Thappraya Road.
YUNOMORI ONSEN & SPA | THEPPRASIT ROAD
Yunomori Onsen is well-establish in Bangkok but less well known here in Pattaya. As the name would suggest, this is very much a Japanese themed spa but all traditional Thai massages are offered in conjunction with more modern, holistic treatments.
7 SPA LUXURY MASSAGE | PHRATUMNAK HILL
A very family orientated and run spa that adopts the use of rejuvenating rituals in conjunction with traditional massage techniques. 7 Spa Luxury Massage is a superb alternative to some of the other options mentioned.
You’ll also find a selection of other massage facilities that are more focused on adult relaxation as opposed to being family orientated. In spas such as Playtime Massage and Darling Massage, guests get the opportunity to spend an hour or two in the company of one or maybe more beautiful ladies who will offer oil massages and lotion massages amongst other things.
Pattaya certainly has a fine selection of massage and spas to choose from, so why don’t you take the time to relax with one of the offerings mentioned.
